Tom White, General Manager,
Heartstone of Wichita
As General Manager Tom has the responsibility to manage sales, estimate, manage projects and supervise field projects. Tom has a 30 year history in construction and field sales.
He takes pride in planning and executing your project in an efficient and professional manner. No matter the size or complexity, he treats each job with the upmost importance. You'll find the quality and integrity you're looking for with Tom and Heartstone, Inc.
Adam Fink, Division Manager,
Heartstone of Oklahoma LLC.
Heartstone's new branch rests entirely in the capable hands of
this man. As well as being a Wichita State University Grad
(2006 in Entrepreneurship) he's hard to beat on qualities like
drive and enthusiasm, not to mention good old–fashioned likeability.
When Adam isn't dreaming about bricks, blocks, and stone, he's probably spending time with his new wife, Kelsey.
He's also learning Spanish. He enjoys cycling, hunting and fishing.
Denise Lien, Administrative Assistant
Denise joined the Heartstone team in July 2002 as a part-time bookkeeper/receptionist. Heartstone, recognizing its good fortune in Denise, quickly signed her up as a full-time employee and she has been just that since January 2003. She can handle anything, and does, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general office support. And she always knows where the candy is.
When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their eight year–old son, Owen who plays soccer, basketball and airsoft (Google it!) with Dad’s team Darkhorse. She also makes time to spend with her twin sister Darlene and her family.
She's involved with her son’s school PTA, is a Room Parent and also volunteers with her one of nieces Girl Scout Troop as a Cookie Manager— get your orders in now!
Gary Smith, Estimator
Responsible for subcontracting sales, Gary not only finds projects and draws up the estimates, but manages these projects start to finish.
He shares the same talents with the Children's Ministry at his church. To relieve stress, he works in his yard which lies peacefully in the little town of Whitewater, a town where your business is everyone's business, not unlike Andy Griffith's Mayberry. If you're ever out that way, stop in at Whitewater Cafe for a cup of coffee and a prime view of Main Street.

Scott Farney, Project Manager & Estimator
Scott does a bit of everything: bidding and managing residential projects and helping out everyone wherever he goes.
He also keeps the most organized desk we've ever seen.
Scott spends his free time with family and friends, watching and participating in any sport or game going. He may be a card–shark and computer–wiz but he always makes time to help out with middle school events at church.
Phil Wright, Equipment & Truck Mechanic
It's not an overstatement to say that Phil keeps Heartstone running. He fixes whatever breaks and prevents countless disasters, all while making it seem like no big deal.
He finds more work at home, keeping his jet skies and four-wheelers running and he's also a first–rate woodworker.
Tressa Patten, Photographer & Web Designer
Tressa works on the Heartstone web site from Nashville, Tennessee.
She likes bikes, ampersands and taking pictures.
